Shipping, Handling & Returns

Handling Times

• We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours from our Wollongong NSW warehouse.
• We are not open on weekends, so orders placed after midday on Friday will most likely be dispatched on Monday.

Returns

• For change of mind: we will give a full refund within 30 days for unused, undamaged items in sale-ready condition. The customer pays for return shipping but there is no re-stocking fee as some companies charge.
• For warranty claims please see this page, we deal immediately with problems lodged via this form and will pay any associated shipping costs to get you a perfect working system asap!

Expected Shipping Times

• East Coast and Australian Capital Cities: delivery is usually within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
• WA, NT, SA, TAS and Regional Areas: delivery is usually within 5-8 working days after dispatch.
• Please keep in mind that once your order is shipped we have no control over transit time, it is Australia Post who delivers them, not us.
• In the rare event of a delay in delivery we will do everything in our power to chase up your package and in case of a lost in transit (it's only happened once) we will replace your entire package free of charge. 
• We will send you a tracking number as soon as we send your order that will always allow you to check it's location and expected delivery date.

Shipping Costs

• We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over $249 with some important restrictions.
• Bulky and heavy items (generally home brewing equipment) will be charged at automatically calculated rates, you can see these at checkout once you have the items in your cart and have entered your shipping address. 
• This automated system isn't perfect as the items can be large or awkwardly shaped causing calculation errors, so if you aren't happy with the quoted price please email us on info@ikegger.com or use the instant chat and we will quote it manually once we've weighed and measured your package. 
• There is no expectation on you to go ahead if the shipping is still too expensive, we understand you are just shopping around but we can't afford to give free shipping on a package to FNQ when the shipping might be more than the price of the product.
• Express can be chosen at checkout at carrier calculated rate

International Orders

• In Europe, USA and UK shop on www.ikegger.eu for better shipping rates.
• We can send items from this store to anywhere in the world however due to Australia's remoteness and courier network delivery may be more expensive and slower than from Europe.

To ensure your orders are delivered by 25 December for Christmas Day they will need to be collected before the dates below.
