Love our gear, and have it work as expected, or return it for replacement or refund. That's our simple promise.

Change of mind or unwanted gift?

30 Day Returns:

If you decide to return a purchase or find that it's an unwanted gift, you can do so within 30 days after purchase, and longer under certain circumstances upon discussion (eg the gift was purchased more than 30 days ago and just opened). Contact us and we'll send you a shipping label.

  • New Condition: No re-stocking fee will be charged.
  • Used Condition: A 30% re-stocking fee applies as the item will be listed as 'seconds stock' for resale.
  • Return Postage: A shipping label will be provided and the cost deducted from the refund. This is cheaper than you sending it yourself with Auspost and allows us to track the return.
  • Original Postage:ย If Free Postage was given on the initial order, the actual amount it cost us to send your order will be deducted from the refund. If postage was paid by you this will not be refunded. Both of these expenses are taken by Auspost, not us.

Gas bottles, cleaning products, etc:ย These are consumable items and generally can't be returned (we may make exceptions in some circumstances).

Shipping Damage & Lost In Transit

Auspost and other couriers only cover $100 for lost or damaged items unless extra insurance is added.

If something arrives damaged and you want to claim up to $100 you will need to take the complete package to your closest Auspost branch.

We give the option of adding Transit Cover in the cart. If this has been added we will deal with Auspost ourselves and refund or replace your order ASAP.

In the case of damage or loss we will do everything in our power to help you get the best outcome possible. We want you to be happy with all of your interactions with us. However, without the extra cover we accept no liability for damage or loss in transit once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Our Warranty

  • iKegger Mini Kegs: 5 years
  • Push-Button Tap: 5 Years
  • Multi-Gas Mini Regulator: 2 Years*
  • All other products: 1 Year

We very rarely have any warranty issues with our products (under 10 per year from thousands of items sold).

If you are one of those unlucky few, we aim to make the process straightforward and as fast as possible.

For all warranty-related issues, please send a picture or video showing the defect if possible (or describing it if not) via email to info@ikegger.com. Our team will contact you as soon as humanly possible to arrange a resolution.

It's unlikely that we will not be able to resolve any issue with you within a few minutes. If we run through our troubleshooting with you and don't find a solution to your problem we will arrange return shipping to us. Once we receive it we will test the item using the same troubleshooting we have just gone through with you.

  • Product Fault Found: We will cover the cost of shipping both ways and send a replacement to you ASAP.
  • No Product Fault: If it's a user error, that we covered in the troubleshooting, we will make a video demonstrating it. We will charge the cost of shipping to return the item to you.

*The Mini Regulator Warranty

  • Warning:ย If the needle on your regulator isn't returning to zero, it's because the regulator was turned on when attaching or detaching a gas source, (including to and from a pressurised keg). Due to the delicate machinery in a regulator, this damages the unit and is not covered under warranty
  • Why This Matters: Over 10 years in business, we've found that customers who heed this advice avoid regulator issues. We include bright red warning labels in multiple locations in your instruction manuals, in video guides and anywhere else we can to stress the importance of this precaution.
  • Got a Shifted Needle Anyway?: We do have spare gauges available for purchase and this will reset the needle to zero. In most cases restore it to normal working condition. However this might not guarantee future accuracy. This is because the regulator's finely machined parts have suffered some level of damage when the safety directions weren't followed.
