We've had these imported especially for our mini keg systems.
These bulbs have 9g more gas than the standard 16g bulbs (which you can find 10 packs of here)
This makes them the perfect size to dispense a 5L keg without having to change bulbs halfway through.
They come either individually or in packs of 20 pieces.
If you were to buy the same amount of gas (500g) in 16g bulbs it would cost $78.13 making this a more cost-effective option.

I have a 2lt and 4lt mini keg and have been using 16g or Soda stream bottle for CO2 depending on situation. The 25g means I can switch mini regulator conveniently between both kegs and reduce change frequency and find that I can clear 4lt keg and still have some left over. Will get these over the 16g anytime.
