The secret to bar-quality espresso martinis and creamy cocktails on tap — right from your iKegger.
Like pure nitrogen, N₂O dissolves into your drink to create that velvety, creamy texture and smooth mouthfeel that makes nitro cocktails and coffee so good. It also adds a subtle natural sweetness that works perfectly with cream-style drinks.
Nail the espresso martini every time. Pre-mix your cocktail, charge with N₂O, and pour a perfectly textured drink with a thick, stable crema — no shaking required, glass after glass.
Better with Wonderfoam. High alcohol content normally destroys foam fast. A few drops of Wonderfoam in the keg locks that foam in place even in high-alcohol cocktails where it would normally dissolve instantly. Works with N₂O only — so these bulbs are the perfect match.
Each 10-pack dispenses approximately 10–15L of drinks.
These bulbs are only suitable for iKegger 2.0 regulator or our older style nitro bulb injector systems.

Nitrous oxide (N₂O) is classified as a Schedule 6 Poison by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). The following conditions apply to all purchases:
- Age restrictions: We cannot sell to persons under 16 years of age. In South Australia, the minimum age is 18.
- Dispatch hours: Orders will only be dispatched between 5:00am and 10:00pm.
- Order screening: We reserve the right to cancel any order where misuse is suspected. Orders consisting solely of N₂O bulbs with no purchase history may be cancelled at our discretion.

This is great. I have made a 9L batch so far, and I've already nailed my ratio (1kg coffee bag to 9L water). I let it sit for a few days and then bottle it, clean it out, and I'll go again. There is a small amount of sediment, but next batch will be run through a strainer as I bottle it up, so should sort that. It only affects the last sip usually! 10/10, very happy.
This really works as well as it looks on the demos. I premix the 300mls of Espresso Martini mix and almost freeze it. Chill the keg too and it will blow your mind when you pour it.

Great setup. Have a 2 litre for cocktails and a 5lt daisy chained up to a 19lt keg so it can be detached in a second to throw in the car fridge when heading down the beach.
These blokes are awesome retailers, just ordered some more gear and it's already in the mail. Use the ikegger every other week and saves on buying cocktails from the pub.
