Planning the groomsmen gifts

What to give

The classic set is an insulated 2L keg for each groomsman, engraved with his name, with a full tap system for the best man. If the budget stretches, step up to 4L or 5L kegs and add a carry sleeve each.

When to order

Engraving takes about five minutes a keg, so engraved orders usually ship within 2 business days. Order before the bucks so the kegs get their first outing there.

Bucks party on tap

A 2L keg holds about 6 stubbies, a 5L about 15 and a 10L about 30. Fill them at a local brewery the day before, chill them overnight and they’ll stay cold all day in an insulated keg — on the boat, at the beach house or around the fire. Want cocktails instead? The Cocktail Keg Bundle pours about 15 cocktails from a 2L keg.

Can each groomsman’s keg have a different name?

Yes — each keg is engraved individually ($18.99 per name, up to 10 characters). Want the wedding date too? We engrave dates and slogans as well — get in touch and we’ll quote it.

How far ahead should I order?

Engraved orders usually ship within 2 business days, plus delivery. If your date is close, get in touch first and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Do the 2L kegs come with a tap?

The insulated 2L keg has a screw cap and works as an insulated growler on its own. Add a tap system to any keg when you want it pouring on tap.

Where do we fill them for the bucks?

Many local breweries fill kegs from their taps — check the iKegger filling map — or pour in cans and bottles.
