This remote gas line is only compatible with the iKegger 2.0 Regulator. The iKegger 2.0 regulator comes with the pictured steel disconnect and a one-way valve in the box, these are not part of this package.

The SodaStream Adapter is the one most people want. This allows using a 400g Sodastream gas bottle as a source of CO2 instead of disposable bulbs. These are available everywhere and cost $19 to swap at Woolies, Coles, Big W, Service stations, Kmart, IGA etc.
- NOTE: This is for AU/NZ threaded sodastream bottles. For EU/USA/UK/CAN you need a different adapter available here
- The 2.2L Gas Bottle Adapter allows the use of disposable gas bottles that have an M10 thread on them. You can get CO2, Nitrogen or Argon here. These are high capacity (the nitrogen holds the same gas as 140 x bulbs for instance!)
- The Type 30 Adapter allows you to use large refillable CO2 bottles, these are the standard thread used in Australia for homebrew or pub-size CO2 bottles (often in 2.6kg, 6kg, or 8kg gas bottle sizes)
The remote gas line goes between your keg and regulator allowing you to have them separate. Most of our kegs don't fit a SodaStream gas bottle easily directly on them so it's necessary to use the line to separate it from the keg. Because of the one-way valve included in the iKegger 2.0 regulator box you can lie the keg down and liquid can't go up the gas line to damage the regulator.
1st Time Use: Set The Adapter
- If your adapter comes with a tool you need to adjust it before 1st use.
- The pin that presses the valve on the gas bottle needs to be set to correct length.
- Put the tool into the male (thin) end of the adapter and unscrew the pin (anticlockwise) so it doesn't activate the valve when put on the gas bottle.
- Screw the adapter onto the gas bottle (SodaStream or 2.2L).
- Use the screwdriver/Allan key to screw in the pin till it makes contact with the gas bottle valve.
- Remove the adapter from the bottle, then screw the pin in another 1/4 turn.
- Put the adapter into the regulator, then attach it to the gas bottle.
- It should activate the valve now.

from 8243 reviewsI’m a huge fan of my iKegger. I’ve had it for around a year now and the product is fantastic. I bought the 5L insulated keg without the 2.0 tap. I also just recently upgraded to the 2.2L tank adaptor. I haven’t received it yet (bought last night), but it will be nice to have more gas as opposed to the smaller bulbs. It’s great for both CO2 and N2 drinks and dispensing.
Overall I’m a huge fan and highly recommend.
I recently converted my toolbox into an iKegger setup and I couldn’t be happier with it. The upgrade is still a work in progress – I’m currently adding an air conditioning unit into the keg storage area – but even as it stands, it’s been fantastic. Shipping was super quick, everything arrived well packed, and the system was really easy to get going.
I’ve been using it daily for fresh pints straight from the keg, and it hasn’t disappointed once. Really impressed with the build quality and how adaptable the setup is for custom projects like mine. Can’t wait to finish the upgrade, but even now it’s been worth every cent. Highly recommend to anyone.

Can now fill the 5L mini keg direct from the corny keg, fairly quick and easy. Separately purchased a liquid ball lock disconnect for the corny and spare stainless barb for the gas post from KL. I like the solution and can fill up when on the go.
