  • We need to raise $5000 in sponsorship or donations to be able to enter (but are aiming for $10k minimum) and proceeds go to the Cancer Council
  • The idea is to make it from Alice Springs to The Gold Coast via the Gulf Of Carpentaria over rough dirt roads in a car worth no more than $1000 which we buy ourselves.
  • Approx 250 cars will be in the rally and all those that make it are auctioned off and that money also given to the Cancer Council.
  • This is Cancer Council Australia's biggest independent fundraising event of the year.
  • The goal for this year is to hit $2 million for cancer research.
  • By buying a ticket for $20 you go in the draw to win the prize shown above.
  • A couple of things about payment, we are donating all the proceeds of this to the charity except bank fees. Please do not use Afterpay or PayPal as they charge a large fee and this will reduce the amount actually going to charity.
  • Paypal does not allow raffle ticket sales in their terms and conditions so please don't pay with it!

IKegger Complete home-brew Kit

I have had the iKegger complete home-brew kit, as per the prize above, for over two years now. I have made several brews and have not washed, sterilised or filled a single bottle. The brew is concocted and fermented in the fermentosaurus. I then catch the yeast sediment in the dump bottle beneath the fermentosaurus. The brew is then siphoned into the two stainless kegs. Gas is connected to the larger keg and a tap onto the smaller keg. The two kegs are connected and kept in my bar fridge. When I want a beer I pour one from the small keg which is immediately topped up from the larger keg. If I want to take some beer to a party or BBQ I disconnect the smaller keg from the larger keg and transfer the gas bottle from the larger keg to the smaller keg and off I go!! I have never had a problem with the operation or the kit itself. Thank you iKegger for a great product, great service and great value!!!!!
