AustraliaI have brought a few things from Ikegger, their service and communication is excellent, when a product was delayed they informed me and offered me a choice of refund or wait for the product. I have did not receive this courtesy when dealing with other companies. The order was sent promptly and even though I did not pick express delivery it was here, in Far North Queensland, within a week. I love my 5 L keg insulated keg, very handy to leave out of the fridge at a party. I also purchased a couple of pressure fermenters, junior and snub nose, which are fabulous, I’m definitely a convert. Thanks Ikegger for your fantastic service and products, your information videos are very handy and informative.
