*Please note a 10 pack of gas bulbs is included, the Sodastream bottle isn't. You can use the bulbs for everything, but it's cheaper to get a sodastream or refillable gas bottle locally and just use the bulbs for portable use.

Shipping & Handling
Free Shipping Option: Australian orders over $249 that don't include oversize or weight items (like fermenters & 19L kegs) will see a Free Shipping option at checkout. Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping if your cart includes these items due to the wildly varying shipping cost depending on your order and location.
Paid Shipping Options: All customers (including those orders excluded from free shipping) will also be given a live quote from Auspost Standard & Express services. These include full transit insurance which the free option doesn't and will usually be faster.
Handling Time:We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, usually same day if order is placed before 1pm. Auspost does not pick up on weekends so orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Expected Shipping Times
- East Coast and Capital Cities: Usually delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
- WA, NT, SA, TAS, and Regional Areas: Generally delivered within 5-8 working days after dispatch.
Please note that transit time is handled by Australia Post, and delays are rare but possible. We're committed to assisting you in case of any delivery hiccups.

Brew Like The Pros
Ferment With Ease
The 30L Apollo Fermenter comes with an adjustable pressure release valve to control internal pressure.
This allows you to use the CO2 produced while fermenting to carbonate your brew at the same time. No waiting for secondary fermentation.
A floating dip tube with filter draws your brew from the clearest part and a thermowell allows you to put a thermometer into the centre of your brew if your choose (there is an external thermometer, the internal one is optional)
Includes cleaning, sanitising and maintenance gear and a refractometer to monitor your brews stage accurately.
Transfer With Ease
Forget The Pain Of Bottling
No scrubbing and sanitising hundreds of bottles, no broken glass, no capping and then collecting the empties and starting it all again.
The connections on the fermenter are the same as the kegs.
Transferring your brew is a simple matter of joining them together with the included connections and putting a little pressure into the fermenter.
The red valve releases gas from the kegs at a rate you choose, allowing a steady transfer under pressure (which stops any foaming or loss of carbonation).

Daisy-chain your kegs together (as pictured) and the 5L keg will always be full and ready to take with you anywhere. The 5L insulated keg can be used upright or lying down depending on your space and comes with drip tray and keg stand to suit both.
Includes both a dual gauge regulator for large refillable bottles and an iKegger 2.0 mini regualtor that can do just about anything!

The Shed Setup

Good product. Never done any brewing before and found info about most of the gear online. I would suggest adding a quick “what’s included” sheet so you know what the parts are used for. Ie white and grey fittings for gas and liquid and spunding valve etc. being new to brewing, I found this info out by researching, but I could have been a lot easier by the inclusion of a “what’s included” sheet. Still unsure about a few things but am continuing to research.
